Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Armaan is given the ultimatum of choosing between Abhira and the family

In tonight's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode, Vidya decides to sever her ties with Abhira (Samridhii Shukla), leaving Abhira stunned. Despite Abhira's attempts to reconcile, Vidya expresses her loss of trust, questioning why Abhira withheld the truth when asked earlier. Vidya directs her frustration towards Akshara, accusing her of orchestrating situations for Abhira's benefit. Abhira defends Akshara, but Vidya insists on her right to accuse. When Armaan (Rohit Purohit) intervenes, Vidya rejects his comfort, emphasising her disappointment.

Vidya apologises to Kaveri by falling into her feet for previously siding with Abhira, now urging Kaveri to punish both Abhira and Armaan. Kaveri holds Abhira accountable and confronts Armaan about their sham marriage, berating Abhira in the process. Despite Armaan's attempts to defend her, Kaveri demands Abhira leave her house. Abhira expresses gratitude to Kaveri before deciding to depart.

Meanwhile, Manish confronts Swarna about Ruhi's (Garvita Sadhwani) whereabouts, suspecting she knows of Ruhi's affair. Swarna evades the discussion, but her restlessness doesn't go unnoticed.

Armaan to choose between Abhira and the family:

Krish, Kiara, and Aryan express sadness over Abhira's departure, prompting Abhira to reassure them and express her own feelings of loneliness. As she prepares to leave, Abhira reflects on her love for Armaan despite the inevitable heartbreak, vowing not to shed tears. Armaan insists on honouring his promise to Akshara, pleading with Kaveri to give Abhira time to establish her career. Kaveri suspects Abhira will make further mistakes and thus refuses to grant her a three-month grace period. Despite Armaan's efforts to persuade her otherwise, Madhav forces Armaan to choose between Abhira and the family. In response, Armaan asserts that there is no question of choosing, as Abhira is solely his responsibility. Overhearing, Abhira reacts by dropping her luggage down the stairs.

Madhav urges Kaveri to reconcile with Abhira, or else he will also leave. Determined to pursue her career independently, Abhira prepares to forge ahead without Arman's support.
