Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Akshara helps Abhimanyu overcome his fears, Abhimanyu thanks her

Abhimanyu's increasing guilt:

The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai begins with Abhir and Muskaan heading home. Abhir notices Manjiri on the road and calls out to her, referring to her as Dida. However, Muskaan abruptly ends the call. Abhir urgently requests the car to stop because Dida is unwell and on the road. Muskaan agrees reluctantly. As they follow Kairav and Pallavi's car, Abhir insists that the woman they saw is Dida, while Muskaan believes otherwise.

Back at home, Aarohi tends to Manjiri's injuries, acknowledging that her physical wounds will heal, but her mental trauma will take time to mend. Mahima tells Abhi that he needs to take care of Manjiri. However, Abhi seems preoccupied with his thoughts. Akshu intervenes, expressing concern that Abhi's guilt is increasing.

Muskaan's doubts:

Meanwhile, the rest of the family is worried about Manjiri's whereabouts. They wonder why she hasn't answered her phone or gone to meet a client. Muskaan tries to reassure them, suggesting that Manjiri will return soon, but the family remains concerned. Akshu arrives home and explains everything that happened with Abhir and Muskaan.

Muskaan begins to reconsider Abhir's claims about seeing Dida on the road. She tells the family that she thought Abhir was mistaken and that she had to reach the office. Akshu, however, questions Muskaan's priorities and suggests that her actions are driven by her resentment towards Abhi and his family. Muskaan clarifies that her actions were motivated by love.

Muskaan and Kairav's rift increases: 

She then takes Kairav aside to explain the situation with Pallavi. Kairav insists that it's a matter between him and Muskaan and doesn't want others involved. This leads to an argument.

Akshu, in the meantime, receives a call from Neela regarding Abhi's surgery. Neela had sent someone for the surgery, but Abhi refused. Akshu reassures Neela that Aarohi will arrange for the best doctor. They briefly discuss Muskaan and Kairav, and Neela advises Akshu to take care of them.

Akshara's ultimatum to Abhimanyu: 

 Akshu later talks to Kairav, trying to make him understand Muskaan's insecurities. She advises him on how to handle Muskaan with care, emphasizing that her love for him might be making her act irrationally. Kairav agrees but remains frustrated with the situation.

At Birla Hospital, Akshu assures a patient that the other doctor will perform the surgery. However, Abhi is conflicted about his decision. Akshu confronts him, urging him to either embrace his profession fully or give up his doctor title, as she breaks his nameplate. She believes he's becoming selfish and that he needs to overcome his guilt.

Precap: 

Akshara apologizes to Abhimanyu for breaking the name plate, however, Abhimanyu believes she saved it. Abhimanyu is now ready to face his fears and meet Manjiri. He will be seen asking Manjiri to face her fears too and will ask her to stand in the Pooja with him.
