Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Abhira's decision to accompany Abhir in the ambulance leaves Ruhi upset

In tonight's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode, on spotting Kaveri, Kiara finds a place to hide while Abhira searches for her. Kaveri decides to follow Kiara but is stopped by the guards, which angers her. Meanwhile, Abhira manages to locate Kiara and urges her to return. Kiara tries to explain her intentions, stating she only wants to apologise and express her gratitude to Abhir. Abhira acknowledges Kiara's good intentions but warns her that the Poddars might not see it the same way. She convinces Kiara to leave the situation.

Abhir, on the other hand, struggles to make it to the concert, experiencing severe pain that brings him to tears. Back at the venue, Abhira successfully escorts Kiara back. However, Kaveri remains adamant and refuses to heed Abhira's explanations. Swarna questions Abhira about her conversation with Armaan, while Manish learns of Abhira's plan to reunite with Armaan. Swarna attempts to intervene, but Abhira insists on letting Manish express his thoughts.

Manish confronts Abhira, questioning her decision to return to Armaan, who he believes has caused her immense suffering. Abhira responds, admitting that she cannot expect perfection from a partner when she herself is flawed. This response enrages Manish.

Elsewhere, Abhira and Armaan begin searching for each other, while Manish asks Charu and Sera for updates on Abhir's whereabouts. Sera tries contacting Abhir, but Abhira and Armaan fail to cross paths.

Meanwhile, Armaan notices Vidya and decides to check on her. Abhira resolves to propose to Armaan and asks him to meet her backstage. Despite the ongoing tension, Abhira shows support for Abhir and heads to the concert. Unfortunately, Abhir collapses on stage, leaving Vidya in shock. The incident causes panic among Abhira, Manish, and the Goenkas. Ruhi, deeply shaken, pleads with Abhir to regain consciousness. The nurse asks for one person to accompany Abhir in the ambulance, and before Ruhi can react, Abhira steps in and chooses to go with him, leaving Ruhi upset.

Kiara makes up her mind to visit the hospital, but Kaveri stops her. Armaan reassures Manish that Abhir will recover, while Madhav urges Vidya to head to the hospital as well. At the same time, Manisha is horrified upon hearing about Abhir's accident. Kiara shares that Kaveri is unwilling to take her to the hospital, but Manisha dismisses her concerns and asks her to stop discussing Abhir. Some journalists attempt to gather information about Abhir's condition, prompting an angry reaction from Kiara. Manisha instructs Kiara to return to her room.

Vidya decides it's time to reveal the truth to the Goenkas. At the hospital, the doctors inform everyone that Abhir's condition is critical. Krish offers words of encouragement to Sera, who remains hopeful for Abhir's recovery. Krish reassures her of his support during this difficult time. Meanwhile, Kaveri urges Manish to have faith in God, but he struggles to maintain his belief. Despite his doubts, he asks Kaveri to pray for Abhir's well-being. Abhira is overcome with worry for Abhir, while Ruhi continues to plead for him to wake up. Vidya, grappling with her emotions, decides to confide in Armaan about Abhir.
