Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Abhira's confession of love rejected by Armaan, he demands divorce

In tonight's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode, Surekha serves aloo puri to Abhira. While eating, Abhira thinks about how picky Armaan is with food. She remembers how he enjoys aloo sabzi but dislikes dhaniya in it. Feeling emotional, she reflects on how he loves food made by her and Vidya and how neither of them is with him right now.

Vidya, on the other hand, refuses to meet Rohit and Armaan. Rohit urges her to look at them, pointing out that they've brought home-cooked food for her, but she remains silent, turning her back on them. Just then, a police inspector steps in, informing them that their visiting time has ended. Armaan urges Vidya to stay patient, assuring her that he is working on securing her bail. He blames himself for the difficulties Vidya is facing.

Meanwhile, Sera and Abhir spend time walking in the garden. Elsewhere, Krish and Charu confront Abhir, holding him responsible for Abhira and Armaan's divorce. Abhir defends himself, saying the couple already had issues before he entered their lives. However, Krish accuses Abhir of making matters worse. Abhir counters, explaining that Abhira supported him despite knowing the challenges it might bring; he didn't force her to. Krish encourages him to take responsibility for being a brother and support her. Meanwhile, Sera accuses them of troubling Abhir. Charu and Krish advise Abhir to stand by Abhira as she has done for him.

Abhira, holding Armaan's coat close to her, longs for him. Elsewhere, Armaan accidentally calls Abhira, prompting her to confess her feelings for him. However, Armaan tells her to finalise their divorce by signing the papers soon.

The following day, Kiara visits the Poddar house and inquires about Abhira's whereabouts. She learns from Manish that she and Abhir are out. Kiara surprises Abhir by bringing him a gift.

Meanwhile, Abhira and Abhir meet Ruhi in a garden. Abhira asks Ruhi to check on Armaan. Ruhi informs her that Armaan doesn't want anyone to bring up her name in conversations. This leaves Abhira deep in thought about Armaan. In a heartfelt gesture, she buys candy floss for him. Meanwhile, the Poddars discuss the ongoing struggle to secure Vidya's bail. Sanjay expresses his frustration, noting that despite trying everything, including flexible meeting arrangements, Vidya still refuses to meet them. He reveals that Vidya hasn't been eating. Sanjay pleads with Armaan to find a way to help her. Kaveri insists that they must act quickly before the situation worsens for the Poddars. Armaan, still consumed by guilt, thinks of ways to arrange her bail.

When Abhir receives Kiara's gift, he mistakenly assumes it was sent by Charu. Meanwhile, Abhira secretly meets Armaan, expressing her distress over his cold attitude towards her. Armaan senses Abhira's presence, but by the time he reacts, she has already left.

The next day, Abhira decides to visit Vidya, while Armaan requests the officer to allow him to meet her. They learn that Vidya's health is deteriorating, and the officer warns Armaan to expedite the bail process. The officer also informs them that Vidya is now sharing her cell with a criminal.

Later, Armaan and Abhira visit a temple to pray for Vidya. Abhira prays in secret for her well-being, while Armaan seeks divine intervention to help Vidya. In the garden, the children urge Abhir to sing, but he declines. Sera begs Abhir not to leave her side, but he encourages her to focus on her career instead. When Charu reprimands Abhir for disappointing the children, she reminds him of his gifted talent and its purpose. This inspires Abhir to sing a song, and he admits that Charu has a unique way of motivating him.

At the temple, the pandit advises Armaan to seek blessings from God. Abhira stands by Armaan, offering her support. She discovers that Armaan plans to meet an MLA regarding Vidya's situation. Abhira reflects on how she never wished for Vidya to face humiliation and feels the people around them are being unjust towards her.
