In tonight's Yeh Rishta Kya Kelata Hai episode, Abhira expresses her gratitude to Ruhi and Rohit for their kindness and support. Just as she is about to reveal that Armaan opposes the idea of surrogacy, he unexpectedly interrupts and announces his willingness to proceed with it. Abhira is taken aback by his sudden change of heart. Sensing her hesitation, Rohit remarks that, for a moment, it seemed as though Abhira might back out. Meanwhile, Ruhi decides to finalise the arrangement by signing the legal documents. Despite everything, Abhira remains unsettled about Armaan's abrupt decision. She thanks Ruhi for stepping up to help.

However, complications arise when the contract papers go missing. Armaan wonders if this is a sign from the universe, warning them of potential challenges ahead. While he grows doubtful, Ruhi and Rohit encourage him to stay positive. Later, Abhira confronts Armaan, asking why he agreed to surrogacy despite his lingering concerns.

Eventually, Rohit and Ruhi recover the lost agreement. Abhira signs first, followed by Armaan and Ruhi. With the formalities completed, Ruhi tells Abhira to prepare herself as they are now one step closer to welcoming her baby. As Armaan begins making preparations for the baby's arrival, Abhira continues to question his sudden shift in perspective. Meanwhile, Sanjay searches for Rohit and stumbles upon a file that contains details about Rohit, Ruhi, Armaan, and Abhira. Just as he is about to examine it, Rohit catches him and reprimands him for snooping. Later, Sanjay shares his suspicions with Kaveri, claiming that the four are secretly planning something major. However, Kaveri dismisses his concerns. Determined to uncover the truth, Sanjay resolves to dig deeper.

Abhira later informs Ruhi that the doctor has scheduled an appointment for the IVF procedure. She asks Ruhi if she is absolutely certain about taking this step. Ruhi and Rohit reassure both Abhira and Armaan, with Rohit expressing pride in Ruhi's selfless decision. Their conversation, however, does not go unnoticed—Kaveri happens to overhear them and begins to grow suspicious.

On another note, Shivani prepares a sweet dish and offers it to Abhira and Armaan. She curiously asks Armaan if he enjoys gulab jamun, but he unexpectedly steers the conversation towards Vidya, leaving Shivani feeling uneasy. Meanwhile, Abhira advises Armaan to remain cautious. She experiences a sense of restlessness, prompting Armaan to comfort her. He gently asks if she is truly ready to proceed despite the challenges ahead. Without hesitation, Abhira affirms her determination to have the baby.

Sensing that Ruhi might be hiding something, Kaveri devises a plan to keep her occupied and decides to take her somewhere. Meanwhile, Abhira, Armaan, and Rohit wait for Ruhi's arrival at the hospital. Ruhi, aware of Kaveri's suspicions, makes up an excuse and sneaks away to attend the appointment. Once she reaches the hospital, Abhira checks in with her one final time, asking if she is completely sure about this decision. Ruhi reassures her, standing firm in her choice. Meawhile, Manish and Swarna also arrive at the same hospital.

As emotions run high, Abhira finds herself missing Akshara. Seeking strength, she reaches out to Anupama for guidance. Anupama encourages her to focus on the positives and look forward to the future with hope. Uplifted by her words, Abhira feels a renewed sense of confidence. Anupama assures her that she will always be there for her, offering support whenever she needs it.
