Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Abhira rethinks her decision to divorce Armaan before the court hearing

In tonight's episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Abhira is devastated to discover that Armaan has already finalised the date for their divorce. The realisation leaves her heartbroken. Meanwhile, Kiara expresses remorse for her earlier outburst at Charu and seeks forgiveness. The two reconcile, restoring their bond.

Kiara then surprises Charu by revealing that she has proposed to Abhir for marriage. Charu is taken aback by Kiara's decision and warns her that Abhir does not reciprocate her feelings. However, Kiara remains optimistic, believing that Abhir will eventually fall in love with her, just like Armaan and Abhira did. Charu is left stunned by Kiara's confidence, while Kiara looks forward to her future with Abhir.

Elsewhere, Shivani inquires about Abhira, prompting Roop to fake a call to Abhira, making it seem as though she is too occupied to respond. This satisfies Shivani, who eagerly anticipates meeting Abhira. She prays for Abhira and Aaru's happiness, hoping they will find peace together. Meanwhile, Roop advises Abhira to set aside work-related stress and focus on herself.

As the episode unfolds, both Abhira and Armaan find themselves lost in thoughts of one another. Memories of their past moments and confessions of love flood their minds. Abhira struggles with the irony of her situation—despite Armaan's decision to go through with the divorce, she cannot stop thinking about him. Similarly, Armaan contemplates Abhira's choice to separate from him.

At the Poddar household, the family prepares to celebrate Basant Panchami. Manisha notices Vidya staring at the staircase and questions her about it. Vidya quickly lies, saying she is waiting for Kajal. Meanwhile, Kaveri questions Armaan's decision to wear black on an auspicious day. Armaan responds that he is heading to court to finalise his divorce.

Over at the Goenka house, Swarna expresses concern about Abhira's restless state. She refuses to participate in the Basant Panchami puja. Surekha suggests that Manish reach out to the Poddars, but he dismisses the idea.

Meanwhile, Madhav confronts Armaan, expressing disappointment that he hasn't learned from his past mistakes. Armaan admits that before he could mend things, his relationship with Abhira had already crumbled. Manisha urges Vidya to intervene and stop Armaan, but Vidya refuses. Armaan remains firm in his decision to proceed with the divorce.

On the other hand, Charu offers prayers, hoping for the best. Kiara questions her about it, and Charu reveals she is praying for Abhira and Armaan. However, she is left in shock when she learns that Kiara spent a staggering 25 lakh rupees on a guitar for Abhir. Charu reprimands Kiara for recklessly using Manoj's money, but Kiara remains indifferent and ignores her concerns.

Determined, Abhira decides to go to court alone, asking the Goenkas to support her with their prayers. Despite Manish's insistence on accompanying her, she remains firm in her decision. Meanwhile, Armaan also prevents Kaveri from joining him in court.

Sanjay, Armaan, and Charu arrive at the court, awaiting Abhira's arrival. Charu requests the judge to allow more time for Abhira to reach. Before heading to court, Abhira visits a temple and breaks down in front of the idol. She confesses that she is about to end her relationship with Armaan, the person she has loved the most, and asks God for strength as she faces the loneliness ahead.

As Abhira prepares to leave, a woman approaches her, noticing her black attire and inquiring why she is wearing it on such an auspicious day, especially since she is married. The woman questions why she is alone and asks about her husband. Sensing Abhira’s distress, the woman kindly advises her to go home and celebrate the day with her partner, explaining that Basant Panchami is considered a sacred day for lovers. She shares a belief that if a couple exchanges garlands on this day, it symbolises a bond that lasts for seven lifetimes.

With the woman’s words still lingering in her mind, Abhira stands in deep reflection, questioning how she could possibly end her relationship on such a significant day for love.
