Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Abhir vows to stand by Abhira in the fight for Vidya's rights

In tonight's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode, Abhira asks Sera to stop the car when she notices banners targeting Vidya. She expresses her disapproval, stating that while she sought justice for herself, she never intended for Vidya to face humiliation. Abhira calls it unjust, and Abhir agrees with her perspective. Encouraging Abhira, Abhir suggests they should also fight for Vidya's rights. Abhir firmly decides to stand by Abhira.

Meanwhile, Kaveri announces that no festivals will be celebrated until Vidya returns home. Krish, feeling disheartened, shares that he had planned to give kites to his friends but decides against it, stating that Makar Sankranti will not be celebrated without Vidya. Joining him, Kiara and Aryan pledge their support to the Poddar family. Manisha questions whether they will still perform the prayers, but Kaveri remains firm, stating that society will only gossip about their family. She expresses her longing for Vidya's return. Sanjay assures Kaveri that Armaan is working on securing Vidya's bail, but Kaveri remains resolute about not celebrating any festivities until Vidya is back.

Elsewhere, Abhira takes the initiative to approach a minister to seek help in obtaining Vidya's bail. At the same time, Armaan is waiting to meet the same minister. The minister's personal assistant informs Armaan that the minister has gone to pick up his son from school. Frustrated, Armaan complains about influential people disregarding time. The PA retaliates by mocking Armaan, accusing him of failing to protect Vidya and pointing out that it was his wife who sent his mother to jail. This enrages Armaan, who slaps the PA. In retaliation, the PA declares that Vidya will never be allowed to return home.

While this unfolds, Abhira encounters the minister's son stranded on the road and steps in to save him. Grateful for her help, the minister promises to assist Abhira. When Abhira requests his help in Vidya's case, the minister agrees, influenced by his son's insistence. Overjoyed, Abhira begins preparations to welcome Vidya home.

Later, Armaan is puzzled by Abhira's actions as she organises Vidya's welcome. The Poddar family expresses gratitude to Armaan for securing Vidya's release, with Rohit and Manisha urging him to prepare for Vidya's return. Determined, Armaan meets Vidya to bring her back. Abhira also attempts to meet Vidya but hesitates when she recalls Armaan's behaviour. Abhira grows concerned when Vidya remains unresponsive.

The Poddar family prepares to welcome Vidya, but they are left stunned upon seeing her in a distressed state. Armaan explains that Vidya is simply exhausted. Kaveri, however, decides to go ahead with Makar Sankranti celebrations. Later, Manish informs Armaan that Abhira was instrumental in Vidya's release. Armaan, however, blames Abhira for Vidya's suffering, but Manish defends her actions.

Vidya, haunted by her past experiences, struggles to move forward. Kaveri encourages her to stay strong, and Vidya resolves to have a conversation with Armaan. Confronting him, she acknowledges that while everyone believes she is back, she still feels broken. When Armaan asks how he can support her, Vidya shocks him by demanding that he orchestrate a similar humiliation for Abhira.
