Doctor Abhimanyu resumes his duties: 

The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai tonight begins with Akshu comforting Jyoti, asking her not to stress. Aarohi and Mahima join them. Aarohi inquires about Abhi, and Akshu signals that he isn't present. Aarohi expresses concern about the surgery, feeling that he should have been there. Akshu assures her that she will pray for Jyoti's well-being. A man expresses his fears about Jyoti's condition, but Akshu encourages him and says that she will recover. She prays to Kanha ji for Jyoti's welfare.

Abhi finally arrives and Akshu's smile reflects her relief. He apologizes for momentarily neglecting his duty and pledges not to make any further mistakes, assuring that Jyoti will be fine. The man thanks him, and Mahima discusses post-operative care with them. Akshu notices the broken nameplate.

Kairav's truth guilts Muskaan: 

Meanwhile, Kairav and Muskaan visit a café. Muskaan questions whether Kairav believes that everything will be resolved by having coffee together. Kairav shows her a video of Pallavi's boyfriend proposing to her, emphasizing that Pallavi and he are merely colleagues. Muskaan apologizes, admitting her mistake, but Kairav explains that their marriage can't work if she continues to doubt him. He leaves, and she breaks down in tears.

After Jyoti's successful surgery, the man asks about her condition. Abhi reassures him and Mahima offers post-operative care instructions. Akshu mentions the broken nameplate and Abhi's decision to continue as a doctor. Later, they share a light moment, and Akshu gives him a chocolate. She brings up his reluctance to meet his mother, and he expresses his readiness, asking for her assistance.

Muskaan's apology and Kairav's reluctance: 

Dadi wards off Akshara's evil eye and compliments everyone's appearance. Kairav also praises Dadi. Akshu mentions Manjiri's fondness for such rituals and suggests having a Ganpati Sthapana ceremony at the Birla house. Manish invites Surekha, who arrives after preparing someone referred to as "buddy ji." Abhir enters, receiving compliments and hugs from everyone, which brings a smile to Akshu's face.

Kairav humorously teases Abhir, stating his 'docman' will look at him and say 'wow.'  Surekha inquires about Muskaan's absence and wonders if she's coming. Muskaan eventually arrives and seeks forgiveness from Kairav. She explains that her previous actions stemmed from fear of losing loved ones after Abhinav's passing. She expresses her desire for another chance, emphasizing her deep attachment to the family. Akshu acknowledges her sincerity, and Muskaan pledges to avoid repeating her mistakes. Manish lightens the mood with a joke about Surekha's words, and Muskaan asks if she's forgiven. Kairav responds by saying he had forgiven her before but needs time to fully forgive her.

Abhimanyu recalls his past with Akshara: 

Mahima brings Manjiri, assuring her that she is with family now. However, Abhi distances himself from the gathering. Ruhi points out that decoration remains incomplete. Abhi invites the kids from the orphanage inside. He mentions that Jyoti's mother wants to send prasad. Parth instructs Ruhi to take the kids to Shivu. Manjiri calls out to Abhi, who hesitates but eventually turns back to face her. She reminds him of the family's tradition that "mum and son protect each other." She commends his bravery in attempting to save her despite being injured himself. Abhi acknowledges her strength and asks if she will join him in performing aarti.

Abhir calls for Dida, and Akshu and the family assemble. They warmly welcome Manjiri. Manish and Suwarna inquire about her well-being, asking if she feels any weakness. Manjiri assures them with a gesture that she is fine. Abhi steps away, and Akshu notices him struggling with a cap. She playfully assists him in wearing it, and he seems lost in thought, recalling their past. Akshu assures him that the cap is fine, teasing him about being "faulty." Abhi apologizes and leaves, puzzled by his inner turmoil.

Ruhi and Abhir's banter: 

Meanwhile, Abhir and Ruhi engage in a playful argument, with Ruhi snatching Abhir's cap and running off with it. Their chase ends in a collision with Aarohi, causing her to drop the plate of prasad laddoos. Akshu jokingly suggests blaming Abhir for the mishap, but Aarohi defends Ruhi, labeling her as clever. Abhi intervenes, asserting that it was an unintentional accident. He takes the children in his arms and makes them apologize. Suwarna advises moving on and preparing sweets for the guests.

The family faces a dilemma as to how they will prepare the prasad in such a short time. Kairav suggests calling Akshu to obtain the recipe, but Akshu dismisses the idea, deeming it unwise. The family grapples with the challenge of preparing prasad in time for the festivities.

Precap: Akshu will suggest that Manjiri take charge of the kitchen, and the family will enjoy a lively dance to the tune of "Hare Ram," with Abhi embracing Akshu.
