Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Aarohi meets with an accident, Akshara takes the blame on herself

The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai tonight commences with Abhi (Harshad Chopda) preparing for an event, expressing his desire not to trouble anyone. Akshara (Pranali Rathod)  comes to assist him, offering tips on managing the children. She also presents a gift for Shivansh, leading Abhi to thank her and question her kindness. Akshu empathetically responds, implying she understands his unspoken feelings and need not explain. She offers to help with his hair, but he initially declines. They engage in a playful exchange, and she urges him to hurry as the children are waiting. He thanks her and departs.

At the event, Shivansh shares his experience of being praised by the school principal, to the children's delight. Meanwhile, snacks are served, and the children eagerly greet Manjiri. As Abhi arrives, Shivansh warmly embraces him, followed by the Goenka family's entrance, which prompts an enthusiastic reception from the children. Mahima praises Manjiri for her devotion and believes she will soon realize her true intentions.

Akshu and Aarohi savor ice cream together, with Aarohi playfully questioning its safety. They share childhood memories and laughter, with Aarohi urging Akshu to promise that each mother will protect the other's child in case one is absent. Akshu makes the promise, reminiscing about a time capsule they once created. Ruhi and Abhir ask Dida for permission to stay with Akshu during her pregnancy, and Shefali encourages the children to enjoy the company of their peers.

Akshu retrieves the time capsule, and they both fondly reminisce about the past while playfully arguing over a doll. Akshu accidentally drops her phone, and Aarohi apologizes, promising to replace it before Akshu awakens. Meanwhile, Manjiri and Abhi exchange glances, rekindling old memories and Abhi's frustration.

Shefali directs the children's attention to a new video game, and Aarohi tucks Akshu in for the night, expressing concern about the kids' packed bags. She resolves to handle it herself and leaves the room.

A man from a retreat center, with a grudge against Abhi, arrives at their home with an accomplice. He recalls Abhi's actions that led to his job loss and intends to make Abhi suffer. Parth's presence creates tension and arguments between Abhi, Manjiri, and Shefali. Aarohi hears a commotion and sees the thieves stealing items from their home, leading to her shock.

As the situation unfolds, Aarohi cleverly uses audio to divert the thieves' attention. The power goes out, and the thieves retreat. Aarohi emerges from her hiding place, but the warden heads toward Akshu's room. Abhi and Parth continue their heated argument.

In the midst of the argument, Manjiri defends Parth's potential for change. Aarohi decides to cut the power supply, and the warden retreats from Akshu's room due to the darkness. Manjiri discusses Parth's possible transformation, and Abhi expresses doubts. The party for Shivansh continues with the children inquiring about the ongoing argument. Akshu and Aarohi's absence is explained by Shefali, who mentions Akshu's pregnancy and Aarohi's caregiving role. Concerned, Shivansh wants to speak with Akshu, but her phone is switched off, leading to Abhi's worry.
