Yash Patnaik ropes in Shankar-Ehsaan- Loy for Paheli

Yash Patnaik's sublime love story tentatively titled Paheli will have the title music scored by one of the most talented music composing trio Shankar – Ehsaan- Loy.

According to our source, "Yash Patnaik is producing a love story with a  rural backdrop with the center stage being Bhuj. The production house and channel are keen on creating a title track that is apt for the script. Shankar- Ehsaan- Loy is a trio that is known for churning out fresh and youth oriented beats."

We tried calling Shankar and Ehsaan but they remained unavailable for comments.

As reported earlier, Yash Patnaik's Beyond Dreams is co-producing this show along with ace director Swapna Waghmare Joshi who is debuting as Producer with this show. Yashshree Masurkar who is the protagonist of Zee Marathi's show Lakshman Resha will play the female lead. of Paheli. The male  lead has not been finalized yet.

"The show was basically conceived for Star One, but Star Plus is trying its best to have the show on their channel", adds our source.
