Would love to do Dil Chahta Hai with Suhana and Shanaya: Ananya Panday

It’s mostly believed that no two women can be best friends in Bollywood. If the actresses are seen hanging out together or are starring in the same movie the most common question asked to them is ‘was there any competition or catfights that took place between you all?’.

But looks like with time, these miss conceptions are being put to rest, with A-lister actresses like Vidya Balan, Taapsee Pannu, Sonakshi Sinha starring in Mission Mangal. 

Not only top heroines but young starlets like Ananya Panday, Suhana Khan and Shanaya Kapoor are redefining friendship goals as the childhood friends are often spotted hanging out with each other, whenever they are free. 

The 20-year-old actress, who made her Bollywood debut this year with Student Of The Year 2, spoke openly about working with both of her BFF’s. 

In an interview with Mumbai Mirror, Ananya mentioned that Suhana, Shanaya and she are just like any regular BFFs and they also talk about other things than just films. Ananya also called Suhana a ‘brilliant actress’ and mentioned that Shanaya is also making her debut soon. 

While talking about the same, Ananya also revealed, “I really want to do a girls’ version of Dil Chahta Hai or Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara. Even an original story about three best friends would be perfect for Suhana, Shanaya and me.”

Well, wouldn’t it be fun? Watching three girl best friends on a road trip without any boy dramas!

On the work front, Ananya is currently busy shooting for her second movie Pati Patni Aur Woh, opposite Kartik Aaryan and Bhumi Pednekar in Lucknow, UP. Recently, Ananya also announced her collaboration with Ishaan Khatter in Khaali Peeli, which is slated to release on June 12, 2020.
