Big box office clash of Indian 2 Vs Sarfira?

Kamal Haasan has shared that Indian 2 is finally coming in theatres on July 12, 2024. He has teamed up with S Shankar for the sequel of the blockbuster vigilante movie. The film was announced in 2019 and is coming in 2024. This is the longest for the duo. While May 2024 did not see any films at the Bollywood box office, June and July are going to be different. In June we have films like Auron Main Kahan Tha Dum, Ulajh and Kill while July has Indian 2, Sarfira and Vedaa at the same date. 

Will Indian 2 and Sarfira actually clash at the box office? Sarfira is the Hindi remake of Soorarai Pottru with Akshay Kumar and Radhika Madan in lead roles. Sudha Kongara Prasad is the director of the movie. Film producer and film business expert Girish Johar told us, “As of now, only Indian 2 makers have declared the date of July 12. But we should get a clearer picture in the two couple of weeks. Shankar is known to take extreme care around the release of his movies. The makers of Sarfira have not announced anything so far. Film business is quite dynamic and no one can rule out changes at the last minute.” 

The other film which is coming is Vedaa. John Abraham, Sharvari and Tamannaah Bhatia are leads in the gritty action drama directed by Nikkhil Advani. He is directing the hunk after Batla House.
