When the Rain Dance took a toll on Pearl and Hiba!

The good looking and popular actor Pearl V Puri, who is currently seen on Zee TV's popular show 'Meri Saasu Maa' will soon be seen setting the stage on fire with his dance performance with his co-star Hiba Nawab for the special Holi event.

Though we hear that the on-screen couple nailed out their performance quite well but the continuous shooting took a toll on their health.

Our source informs us, "Pearl and Hiba will be seen staging a Rain dance performance for the upcoming Holi event of Zee TV. Pearl, who was already not keeping well before the performance, ended up worsening his condition by getting wet during the shoot and caught up cold. Hiba too got unwell after shooting for the Rain dance performance."

We also hear from our source that there were several retakes as the back dancers kept getting slipped frequently while dancing because of the wet floor. This took a little long for the shoot to happen and they had to stay wet for a long time. Pearl and Hiba will be seen performing on the popular number - Main Rang Sharbaton Ka...  

When we contacted Pearl, he told us, "It was my first ever dance performance out of my show. I wasn't keeping well because we have been shooting continuously for quite a long time and because of the Rain Dance, I got cold and was sneezing throughout. We couldn't rehearse for our performance; we just prepared for our dance on the spot and did it but we got good compliments for our performance. Hopefully, we will prepare it well from next time to deliver a better performance."

We also asked Pearl whether he will be leaving for his home town for Holi. He said, "I wish to spend time with my family but I won't be able to. This time it will be little difficult for me to join them because of my shooting schedules. I will have to be in Mumbai for Holi this time."
