When Amitabh Bachchan worked with Leonardo Dicaprio in a Hollywood film #TBT

Bollywood's megastar Amitabh Bachchan has always impressed us with his Bollywood films but not many of us know that the megastar has worked in the 2013 Hollywood romantic drama The Great Gatsby which starred Leonardo Di Caprio in the lead role.

Though just a special appearance but Big B's role was very powerful one as he acted like a Great German. In an interview, Amitabh Bachchan called his belated Hollywood debut in 'The Great Gatsby' "just a friendly gesture" but would not mind doing an encore if he comes across something interesting.

"I don't look upon it as my Hollywood debut. It is just a friendly gesture and nothing more. It is just a small scene with Gatsby and his friend, played by Leonardo DiCaprio and Tobey Maguire. Meyer Wolfsheim is looked upon as some kind of mentor to Gatsby in the story," Bachchan told PTI in an old interview.

There are many Bollywood actors who have worked in Hollywood films from Shashi Kapoor to Anil Kapoor or whether it be Irrfan Khan and all of them have proved it to the world with their acting skills. 

Coming back to The Great Gatsby, Big B shared screen space with Leonardo Di Caprio and Tobey Maguire in the film. If you haven't seen the film you can just check out this amazing scene of Amitabh Bachchan along with Dicaprio and Maguire.
