Very few people get an opportunity to play a weird character on television: Pooja Sharma

The pretty and talented Pooja Sharma, who is currently seen on Shashi Sumeet Mittal's popular show Diya Aur Baati Hum on Star Plus, feels happy to get a challenging role to play on the show.

Pooja, who is essaying two different shades of characters on the show is happy to gain appreciations from the audience for the role she is essaying on the show. In a candid conversation with TellyBuzz, Pooja shares more about her experience of essaying the role on the show.

Pooja says, "Very few people get this opportunity to play a weird kind of character like this on television. It's going well for me and I am getting a lot of appreciations for this. I have got to learn a lot of things. So far, I have always done normal acting on television whether as positive or negative; this is something very new and different for me and I am enjoying it a lot."

When we asked the actress about the challenging part of essaying this role, she added, "Its quite challenging for me and the most challenging part of essaying this role is that I get headaches by evening. I have to be normal in one scene whereas, in the other, I have to be a psycho. On the first day of my shoot, our director Maqbool sir briefed me and that worked a lot for me."

Last but not the least, we asked Pooja about the bond she shares with everyone on the sets. She told us, "Everyone is good and nice here. I knew Deepika (Deepika Singh) from before and Pooja (Pooja Singh) is very nice. I spend the most of the time with Pooja on sets and I enjoy a lot with Meenakshi (Kanika Maheshwari)."
