Vanshaj: Neel suffers heart pain, Yuvika's life at risk

In Sony SAB's 'Vanshaj,' Yuvika Mahajan (Anjali Tatrari) challenges the gender norms of inheritance, leading to a power struggle with her cousin, Digvijay "DJ" Mahajan (Mahir Pandhi). The series has taken a fresh turn with the introduction of the Talwar family, the archrivals of the Mahajans. As Yuvika prepares for a new beginning, a new figure, Yash (Shaleen Malhotra), enters her life, threatening to disrupt her peace.

In the recent episode, the Mahajan family is busy preparing for Yuvika and Neel's (Mohit Kumar) wedding when Yuvika learns that the Automotive Authority of India has denied her request for licenses to manufacture electric vehicles. Amidst the wedding celebrations, Yuvika manages to secure a major auction, competing directly with Yash. Meanwhile, the Talwar family faces a grim situation as it is revealed that Yash is suffering from a heart ailment and urgently needs a heart transplant.

In the upcoming episode of Vanshaj, Yuvika, speaking romantically with Neel, notices a man outside her window. As the man ignites a message in flames reading "I AM COMING," Yuvika is left in shock, recognising the looming threat. As the fire blazed across the road, Yuvika was shocked to see the words "I AM COMING" written in the flames. She peered into the darkness, suspecting it was Yash Talwar. The figure in the shadows, Akshat, called Yash from the hospital, confirming he had done as instructed. Yash, eager to confront Yuvika, waits for him to be able to come out of the hospital.

Meanwhile, Yuvika, lost in thought, shared her suspicions about a feud between the Mahajans and Talwars with Bhoomi, who deflected the conversation, hiding her knowledge. In the hospital, Shalini, desperate to save her son Yash, recalled a tragic wedding night where Prem - and how he abandoned her for Bhoomi, causing lifelong pain. Amarjeet vowed to find an illegal organ for Yash.

Neel experiences heart pain, causing panic, but it turns out to be a false alarm, as he is just facing acidity. During a hospital visit, Yuvika briefly glimpsed Rajan Mudhiliar. Back home, the family decides to plan Yuvika and Neel's wedding. Yash, determined to fulfil his promise to his mother, awaited a heart transplant being planned to be arranged by Amarjeet, while Yuvika finds solace in Neel's heartbeat, unaware of the looming threat.
