Vandana Joshi to play lead in BAG Films show on Star Plus..

After going thro' a series of auditions with known as well as new faces, Star Plus and BAG Films have got their female lead for their upcoming show, 'Jaltey Hai Jiske Liye' in Dance India Dance fame Vandana Joshi.

For the uninitiated, there are two female leads in the show. As reported by TellyBuzz earlier, new face Kaamna Ranawat plays the younger sister while Vandana will play the elder sibling.

A little birdie tells us, "With the principal cast got, the unit is all set to shoot the pilot. Their first outdoor schedule is due to be shot in Bhopal".

When contacted, Vandana Joshi who debuted as actor with Zee TV's Dil Se Diya Vachan told us, "I have lot many offers in hand, and have not arrived at any decision".

We had earlier written about Vishnu Sharma, Sonal Jha playing vital roles. Rahul Singh of Zubeida fame will play the male lead, while Jaya Binju has been roped in to play his wife.

This political thriller is expected to be on air in late August or September on Star Plus..
