'Uska thoda faltu..': Udne Ki Aasha's Neha Harsora on Kanwar Dhillon receiving more credit on success of show

Neha Harsora, well known for her stint as Sailee in 'Udne Ki Aasha,' got in an exclusive chat with India Forums and spoke to us about the success of her show. Neha also discussed about costar Kanwar Dhillon taking more credit for the success of the show and reveals what she feels about the same.

Speaking about the show being number one pan India for a month, Neha says, ''I feel amazing. Like I always say, I never thought ke aisa kuch kabhi hoga. Ye feeling lena thoda slow process hota hai. Toh main bahut khush hoon ke humlog jo din raat itna mehnat karte hai woh logo ko itna pasand aa raha hai and kahi na kahi the story is so relatable, people can connect to it. The characters, the story line and the way we have represented everything visually; Ek higher class hai, ek middle class hai, ek garib ghar ki ladki hai, jo everyday wo kamati hai usse uska ghar chalta hai. I think we have an audience of all the classes, of all the age groups. Har type ki saasu maa hai humare paas jo dekhti hai humara show, so that is the reason why people are liking our show and can connect with us.''

We asked Neha if she has ever felt overshadowed by Kanwar receving more credit than her for the success of the show and the actress says, ''No, I dont think so aisa kuch kabhi hua hai. What I believe is, it is the story of Sachin and Sailee. Sachin is a male and Sailee is a female. So I can be compared to other female actresses and not with Kanwar. Agar mere aas paas ke logo ka ye mindset clear hoga toh ye comparisons hoge hi nahi. Mera aur Sachin ka kabhi comparison nahi hona chaiye mujhe aise feel hota hai. Mera thought process yahi rahega aur isme koi changes nahi aane wale hai. Sachin is doing a great job. Kanwar is doing amazing, jisse wo portray kar raha hai khudko as a taxi driver and baaki emotions jo usne dikhaye hai, wahi cheez main Sailee bann ke mere taraf se kar rahi hoon. Uska thoda comical zone mein bhi hai. Jaise wo thoda faltu ki baatein kar sakta hai, agar Sailee aise faltu ki baatein karegi toh audience ko pasand nahi aayega. If people understand these things, then there will no comparisons between Sachin and Sailee and I think this is why Sachin and Sailee together work well.''

Revealing if the said comparisons has ever affected her bond with Kanwar, Neha says, ''No, absolutely not. Nothing as such has happened between us. Nor have we discussed anything like this ever. Baaki jisko jo bolna hai wo bole.''
