Udne Ki Aasha: Sayali gets hold of Manjiri & learns about her thefts, dismisses her from Deshmukh household

The episode of Udne Ki Aasha tonight opens with Manjiri quietly taking a costly pair of headphones from Roshni’s room. Although she had already gained the family’s confidence, this marks the beginning of her real intentions. By presenting herself as helpful and trustworthy, she had successfully blended into the household, but beneath the surface, her motives are more calculated.

The next morning, Tejas discovers that his headphones are missing. He reacts strongly and again accuses Manjiri, whom he already suspected. However, both Sayali and Sachin come to her defense, pointing out that she had previously been wrongly blamed and later proven innocent. Their continued support keeps suspicion off her, for now.

As time goes on, more items start disappearing from the Deshmukh household. From small belongings to personal electronics, things go missing without a clear trace. Manjiri's methods are subtle—she moves slowly and carefully, making sure she never draws attention. Her actions are so precise that catching her in the act seems nearly impossible. That night, Sachin brings up his concerns with Sayali. He admits that something about Manjiri doesn't sit right with him, especially considering the increasing number of missing items. Sayali, however, is hesitant to judge without solid proof. She reminds Sachin of how Manjiri was wrongly accused before and encourages him not to jump to conclusions. Sachin agrees, but he can’t shake his doubts.

Determined to get to the bottom of things, Sachin starts keeping a close eye on Manjiri the next morning. Sayali notices this and asks him to let it go, not wanting unnecessary tension in the house. Meanwhile, Tejas becomes more guarded. He prevents Manjiri from entering his room, openly accusing her of theft and refusing to take further chances. Later that day, Manjiri manages to steal an old mobile phone from Riya’s room. Ironically, she ends up helping Sayali search for the missing phone. During the search, Manjiri accidentally mentions the colour of the mobile—information Sayali never shared. This slip-up immediately raises suspicion.

Realising something is off, Sayali confronts Manjiri, pressing her about how she knew the phone's details. Under pressure, Manjiri fumbles through explanations, but her act crumbles. Sayali ultimately exposes her, finding the stolen items Manjiri had hidden. Caught red-handed, Manjiri pleads with Sayali not to fire her. She asks for another chance, promising to change her ways. But Sayali feels deeply betrayed. She had treated Manjiri like part of the family, and the deceit stings. She firmly asks Manjiri to leave the house, warning her that if she refuses, they will have to involve the authorities.

Later, Sayali expresses her disappointment to Sachin, sharing how hurt she feels over the betrayal. Sachin tries to console her, reminding her that trust is essential in life—even when it’s broken. He encourages her to believe that not everyone is the same. As the family prepares for dinner, Manjiri unexpectedly returns to the Deshmukh home. Sayali is shocked and angered by her presence. She had already decided never to trust her again. Manjiri, however, pleads for one final opportunity to explain herself. She insists on being heard, and both Riya and Sachin appear unsure of what to make of the situation.

After listening to Manjiri’s emotional explanation and hearing her admit to her mistakes, Sayali is moved. Although hesitant, she eventually decides to forgive her and offers one last chance—on the condition that Manjiri proves she can live and work with honesty moving forward.
