Twinkle Bajpai -- A True Perfectionist

Twinkle Bajpai, a finalist on the reality television music competition show, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2005, now better known as Laxmi or ki Rani from Betiyaan Ghar Ki Laxmi. But Twinkle has much more in her than just her acting and singing skills. She has the hard-to- find dedication in her. We see that from a recent incident that took place on the sets.

The storyline required Laxmi to participate in a dance competition to win the coveted price of Rs. 25 lakhs, money that she wants to use to treat her ailing father, Suryakant. Twinkle went an extra mile and decided to learn classical dancing to get the moves right.However her perfectionism had a price to pay. At the end of the day she had acute muscle pain and sore limbs. We asked her about her experience while shooting the dance sequence and she said, "It was a nice experience. I am a trained singer but not a dancer. That is why I leant kathak for this sequence."

"While I was learning the dance I twisted my leg. But I couldn't let the shoot be put to a halt. Hence I continued to dance and I think I performed well”, says Twinkle while talking about the incident.

The actress had learned Kathak when she was four years old but she never performed as a dancer anywhere. We tried asking her about the story track but she was tightlipped saying nothing can be revealed as of now.

Well, we sure hope the young girl's determination and perfectionism takes her a long way in the television industry.
