Tunisha Sharma’s lawyer objects Sheezan getting home cooked food; police to retrieve Sheezan’s deleted chats
Have a look at the developments in Tunisha Sharma death probe.

Tunisha Sharma’s suicide case took a new turn with her mother claiming co-actor and ex-boyfriend Sheezan Khan of two-timing her which affected her mental health adversely leading her to take the drastic step. Post the complaint filed by her mother, Sheezan Khan was detained for police interrogation and was in the police custody until 28th December.
Today, in the court hearing, the Waliv police demanded an extension in Sheezan’s custody because of his warrying statements. While initially he stated that he broke-up with Tunisha because of religious differences, he further stated that their families didn’t approve of their relationship, he also stated that he broke-up with the actress as he wanted to focus on his career.
Tunisha’s lawyer and her uncle stated that Sheezan deleted few chats right after learning about Tunisha’s death and the investigating officers need to retrieve the data in order to probe the matter and for the same, they demanded Sheezan’s custody extension.
Tunisha’s lawyer said, “We didn’t appear in the holiday court on 25th December 2022. In the hearing, home cooked food was allowed to the accused. I have opposed the same in the court today, however, since it was earlier allowed by a Judge, the order continues, but I will take this point up again in the upcoming court hearing”.
Reports suggest that Sheezan was bitterly crying and was pleading to the doctors to save Tunisha somehow. He apparently also broke down several times amid investigation.
