TMKOC Producer Asit Modi Reacts to Reports of Gurucharan Singh aka Sodhi Quitting the show; says, 'I don't know from where this news is being spread'

SAB TV's Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah is one of the most popular and longest-running tv shows and all the characters from the 'Gokuldham Society' have now become a household name. Along with this, the show will also soon complete it's 3000 episodes. It was recently reported in the media that Actor Gurucharan Singh who portrayed the role of Sodhi has quit the show. The reports also suggested that the Actor has informed to the production house regarding the same. 

Now, when Spotboye.com spoke to Producer Asit Modi, he reacted to the reports stating that he really don't know from where this news is being spread. He also added that he haven't received any such letter from him and right now, he is busy writing his stories and deciding dates on when to resume the shooting of the show. 

After months of halt in shoots, the makers will finally resume it's shootings soon by taking all the precautionary measures in mind. Speaking to the portal, Asit Modi also stated that he will not be forcing any of his actors to come on set and shoot if they are uncomfortable due to the situation outside. He mentioned that it will be their decision and he will respect it.
