This TV actor gets ARRESTED after being accused of ABUSING his actor girlfriend

The Kiran Raj-Yasmin Pathan saga has been going on for a while, and it has ultimately led to Kiran's arrest now.

According to a report in Deccan Chronicle, Kiran was arrested by the Rajarajeshwari Police on Tuesday, after a complaint was filed against him by model-actress and Kiran's former girlfriend, Yasmin Pathan.

Yasmin has accused Kiran of cheating and then physically assaulting her.

It all began with how Kiran met Yasmin during one of his shoots in Mumbai, and they went on to become good friends later. Post that, when Yasmin came to Bengaluru, they started dating and were in a live-in relationship for over five years, where Kiran promised to marry her too.

Only recently, when Yasmin returned to Bengaluru post a shoot in Mumbai on 28th March, Kiran allegedly house-arrested Yasmin for physical intimacy. Later, when they were travelling by car, Yasmin asked Kiran for marriage, which the latter refused. This led to a fight between them and Kiran apparently physically assaulted her inside the car.

After the assault, reportedly, Kiran and his friends locked her in a house and did not allow her to contact the police. Somehow, Yasmin managed to contact her friend and with her help, she escaped, returning to Mumbai, where she tried to lodge a complaint.

On going to the Oshiwara police station in Mumbai, she was asked to file a complaint in Bengaluru, where the incident took place.

After filing the complaint at Rajarajeshwari Nagar Police Station on Monday, the police arrested Kiran on Tuesday.
