The fans of Colors' popular show, Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi were in for an absolute treat, when two of their favourite actors from the show, Gautam Gupta and Smriti Khanna went on to get married back in November 2017 after dating for a long time.

It was exactly the same show, where the duo met, began to know each other and as we say, the rest is history.

And coming to both their professional fronts, while Smriti has been doing short roles in multiple shows ever since, Gautam hasn't been too active as an actor.

But there is a certain reason to that, and that is because the man has ventured into production. Yes! That's right. Infact, one of the most popular short films on YouTube, Carbon starring Jackky Bhagnani, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Prachi Desai had Gautam as one of the  producers.

The actor-producer is now all set to spread his wings even more, as he along with a set of other producers are going big with regional cinema. Gautam, along with brother Gaurav Gupta and Phantom Films are all set to produce their first Marathi film, Youngraad.
