new venture of Tony and Deeya Singh of Jassi and Left Right Left fame
has not even started yet, but it's a show almost everyone is talking
about. Whther it is because the audience is expecting something new, or
the curiosity of seeing Govinda's niece on screen for the first time,or
whether it is to see Apoorva Agnihotri and Mona Vasu back in action,
it's one show everyone is waiting for, including the actors.
Speaking about the show, Ragini
Khanna has a lot to say. 'First, it is a very nice script. Second my
character is like a breath of fresh air. It's one of the most
interesting and rare character, and it will be very easy for the
audience to relate to her. It's a character with an attitude and
Rajput, who plays the youngest daughter, echos on the same lines.
Hailing from Bihar, this theatre artist has high expectations from her
first serial.' To be honest, I don't know what the whole story is or
what the script is like, but whatever I have learned so far is amazing.
I play the youngest, and her character is so similar to my own real
life person. I too come from a very small town, and have very
protective and supportive parents. Ruchi too is protected and treated
by her older sisters like a kid who are very fatherly to her. More
importantly, we are having a blast while shooting'.
'True', says Ragini, ' we have
bonded so well, it's just like a family on the sets. Tony and Diya are
amazing people and the camaraderie on the sets makes every second
The show also stars Supriya Pilgaonkar, Mona Vasu, Apoorva Agnihotri and Abhimaan Balhara.
How is it shooting with Apoorva Agnihotri, we ask. 'It's fun, and we are still getting used to the script and the schedule'.
So is Ragini playing the love
interest for Apoorva? Upon hearing this, the lovely actress lets out a
delightful laugh, and then quips mischiviously, ' Right now, I am like
the daughter who takes her mother's permission before saying anything
to anyone...you know, 'Mummy se pooch ke bataungi'.....here, I will ask
my producers and then tell you ! '
OK Ragini, we take the hint !
