Weddings are probably one of the most key components in Indian daily soaps.. And how could they not be! There have been instances where actors have in fact gone ahead and got married multiple times..

The popular show, 'Naagin' is set to showcase a wedding sequence soon which consists of Rithik (Arjun Bijlani), Sesha (Adaa Khan) and Shivanya (Mouni Roy). The suspense on it will be revealed soon, however, till then a very significant happening will be practised for the sequence.

A wedding is incomplete without a flaming wedding pyre. However, this sequence will be shot with 'special effects' of flames instead of actual fire being lit.

Wondering why??

The history of fire hasn't gone down well with Ekta Kapoor as the initial sets of her show, 'Yeh Hai Mohabbatein' caught fire causing massive troubles and huge loss.

Taking that into account, the point has been taken as a learning lesson and any sequences that involve fire will not be shot with actual fire when it comes to Ekta Kapoor's shows.

Actor Arjun Bijlani mentioned that such a step is being taken purely for safety reasons and is in fact for the best.

All we can say is Better Safe Than Sorry!
