Bollywood's female cast have empowered the villain of the stereotypical notion that Indian cinema is hero-centric. When it comes down to production value through their fame and name, the world captures these female powerhouses as the true depiction of Bollywood. From cult roles to blockbuster endorsement deals, our dazzling divas have been redefining stardom on their own dum. BollyCurry takes the golden opportunity of this month which salutes the spirit of women, to bring to you the glitz, glamor, drama and action of our iridescent ladies and their international ventures in the beguiling settings of the Endorsement World.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan surely doesn't need a title to pronounce the fact that this former Miss World is the most beautiful woman in the world. The green eyed beauty is one of the most prominent figures who represents Bollywood on the global level. Aish was the first ever Indian to be signed by the Swiss watch brand Longines to endorse their product in India. She also holds the reign of being the first brand figure of the renowned French cosmetic companyL'Oreal. Her association with both these brands has been long but they just seem to be getting more and more enthralled by her, and you can't deny her achievements because she's definitely worth them!

Kareena Kapoor

The new Khan amidst the Khan-dom, Kareena surely has been a favorite of the endorsements pool. If she isn't seen on the big screen, then this talented beauty is surely there entertaining you in every break on the small screen. The poster girl for more than twenty brands, Kareena has been associated with the Japanese telecom company Sony for some while and her ads for Sony Vaio have been a visual treat, with her adding the glitter and glamor to technology. But what is delicious these days is her joining hands with Magnumice-cream and a brand of the Anglo-Dutch multinational company, Unilever. Now we can expect some real yummy moments on our television set soon.

Priyanka Chopra

The exotic Ms. Chopra is a force to reckon with when she is in her element. The sharp intelligence, suave confidence and a captivating persona is what makes her a magnet. She uses this aura of hers to pull in business for all those whom she endorses. With a long list of brands already under her wings, Priyanka's going West has made these wings spread more. The first Indian to be appointed the brand ambassador for GUESS, an upscale American clothing brand, has made Priyanka's claim to international fame known with high notes. Her flamboyance will surely be channelized through the vogue that GUESS delivers. Priyanka has ruled the world once and she is making her voice heard far and wide again.

Sonam Kapoor

Bollywood's original fashionista, Sonam Kapoor, may be comparatively new to the department of sales but her charm is enough to make up for the inexperience. Very early in her career Sonam created an upheaval with her back to back astounding magazine covers and though her debut film bombed at the box office. The same year she hit the jackpot by becoming the second brand ambassador to the cosmetic giant L'Oreal along with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Her red carpet appearances for the same brand at the Cannes Film Festival  have since become a rage and when she flashes her pearly whites, you excuse her of all the eccentricities. Sonam recently signed an endorsement deal worth a whopping three crore rupees with the Chinese electronics company Oppo with fellow Bollywood actor, Hrithik Roshan. The ad featuring the mesmeric duo has become an internet hit.

Deepika Padukone

After one leggy beauty, here's another tall and gorgeous lass who has the backing of a glorious modelling career for added stature in the modus operandi of endorsing a brand. Deepika joined hands with the Swiss luxury watch brand Tissot right after her debut movie released and has been associated with them ever since. She recently became the first Indian brand ambassador for the Vogue eyewear under the brand status of Italy's Luxottica Group, the largest eyewear company in the world. But what grabbed eye balls was her signing a six crore rupee endorsement deal with Garneir, an entrepreneurship of cosmetic giant L'Oreal. It is the highest paycheck for any Indian female actress, following Kareena Kapoor. She has also recently signed up to endorse the megagiants of the breakfast cereal world, Kellogg's Special K. Ms. Padukone's ever growing popularity is definitely taking care of her list of endorsements which seems to become taller by the day.

Katrina Kaif

Katrina being a former model is not new to the world of brands and their value. Ms. Kaif may lack in many things that makes a  convincing Hindi film heroine, but from being the lucky charm to the market of Bollywood movies to being the endorsement queen, she has had all the success and some more. Katrina's most note worthy endorsement has been of Slice, a soft drink brand under the American food and beverage corporation, PepsiCo. Her sensuous avatar had many slayed. Ms. Kaif has also been part of Pantene, a hair and care product under the American multinational company, Procter & Gamble. But recently this partnership was broken off smoothly and Katrina joined hands with L'Oreal to become the third Indian face for its brand name.

Parineeti Chopra

You may never know but it seems like being unconventional is in the blood of the Chopra sisters. With her debut movie itself, Parineeti had declared that being meek isn't her idea of cinematic brilliance. The four-film-old actress has a series of brand endorsements to her name and belonging to the younger brigade of Bollywood, she lends her expertise to youth oriented products more. One known fact about Ms. Chopra that speaks out loud is her 'not the girl next door but the girl with a gun next to you' personality. Thus, many were surprised with her association with Pantene. But Parineeti didn't disappoint. She swayed and twirled and did her shining act to perfection.

Alia Bhatt

This superstar in the making has everything going right for her since day one. The youngest actor among her counterparts, Alia's reach is the youth and the restless. She has been seen endorsing the American soft drink brand Coca-Cola with her two co-actors Varun Dhawan and Sidhharth Malhotra. Alia is also part of Garnier, the daughter brand of L'Oreal. But her solo presence for a brand is noted with cosmetic's sugar baby Maybelline, another label under L'Oreal. Alia may surely be too young in the eyes of many for the harsh realities of Bollywood, but you can't deny that the charm she exhibits is alluring. And being a Bhatt, there is no doubt that Alia is born with a cutting edge confidence, which makes you watch her and be enthralled.

Indian film actresses have always captivated the world by their willowy silhouettes, their enchaining display of emotions and the beauty that poets draw inspiration from. With Bollywood going places and reaching out the global cinema, these beauties are now not just decorative additions but are the leaders of the pack. BollyCurry applauds the struggle and sheer hard work these actresses turned brand ambassadors.
