Actor Mahir Pandhi, who rose to fame by playing the lead in the popular show Choti Sarrdaarni, bids adieu to the show. Mahir played the role of Sehar's husband, Rajveer Singh Babbar. The actor exclusively spoke to India Forums about bidding goodbye to the show and reveals about his future plans.

Talking about quitting the show, the actor says, 

"Playing Rajveer Singh Babbar has been a wonderful journey, and it’s coming to an end. The character will stay in my heart forever. Saying good bye to the show was a mutual decision between me, the channel and the producer. Here I formed bonds that will last forever. I tremendously value the recognisation I have got for my character in the show and I am glad for all the love I received as Rajveer Singh Babbar. I want to thank everyone who supported me and loved Rajveer. My best wishes are always with the show and the entire team of Choti Sarrdaarni."

He further adds, 

"I believe all good things come to an end and my character in the show is also ending. I am glad that my character ended on a good note. The fame was short-lived but I enjoyed the love and appreciation I received from my fans. People loved my character and they felt related to it. "

Speaking about his memories with the cast and crew members, the actor says, 

"From cast and crew members to the set, I am going to miss everything. I have an emotional connect with my co-stars and will be meeting them frequently. I am taking loads of good memories with me to cherish forever. "

When asked where he can be seen further, the actor says, "I have been doing a couple of web projects which are gonna release soon. And I am always open to doing a TV show."

The actors finally bid adieu to the show, leaving the diehard fans upset. Actress Nimrit Ahluwalia has also quit the show due to health reasons. As for Mahir Pandhi, he hails from Noida, and had also won the title of Top Model India in 2018.
