The competition undoubtedly gets tougher when it reaches Level-2. Choreographer Terrence Lewis seems to know how to handle the growing difficulties as Zee TV's Dance India Dance enters its Second Season.
According to our source, "Last time Salman Khan, trained by Remo D'Souza won the competition. This time obviously Geeta Kapoor and Terrence Lewis are looking forward to shine in the limelight. And they are leaving no stone unturned when it comes to training. In fact, Terrence is even gathering a lot of gyaan from foreign countries."We spoke to Terrence who says, "Competition is between the contestants. My priority is to bring out new styles of dance and to encourage them."
When questioned whether he visited other countries to learn new dance styles he says, "Yes, I did. I went to Paris where some of my friends taught me a few new styles. I also have spoken to experts from the US, Germany and Russia. We have to keep ourselves updated with the emerging styles. Because this time the focus is on contemporary dance. So obviously its all about how in-line we are."
Apparently, Terrence is so in love with dancing that he gave up non-vegetarian food so that he can stay light and healthy. Terrence says, "Non-vegetarian foods left me feeling full and bloated. I noticed the difference after eating vegetarian food. So since the past year I've given up non-vegetarian foodstuff. I'm a dancer and I need to keep my body energetic and not lazy."
With such spirited groundwork from Terrence, the other choreographers better gear up accordingly.
