Tarana Raja replaced in Dance India Dance...

Zee TV's new offering Dance India Dance has just taken off with the audience last week. However, even before the main show starts, there is a shocking news as the female host Tarana Raja Kapoor is being replaced by Saumya Tandon.

As per our khabroo, "Tarana has been replaced as she had some prior Brand commitments and could not give 100 percent to us. Thus we thought of getting a new host as soon as possible."

Tarana has been replaced by Saumya. "Saumya who debuted in TV with the show on Sony called Aisa Deha hai Mera has gained lots of popularity among the masses. She created waves on the big screen with Jab We Met staring Kareena-Shahid, where she essayed the role of Roop, Kareena's sis", adds the source.

We called up Tarana to know more details about the issue. However she sounded surprised and said, "Well I don't have any idea about the replacement. I didn't get any call from them on this."

It is heard that the auditions were on for the past two weeks for a new female host to give company to Jay Bhanushali. "Two names were finalized, Amrita Kandvilkar and Saumya for the same of whom Saumya got finalized," concludes the source.
