Tamannaah Bhatia's candid confessions: First impression of Vijay and cold feet on Lust Stories 2 set

Tamannaah Bhatia and Vijay Varma have become the talk of the town in recent months, thanks to the swirling rumours about their budding relationship. Since January of this year, the internet has been abuzz with speculation surrounding the duo. However, it was only recently that Tamannaah confirmed the truth behind the rumours, revealing that their love story began to unfold on the sets of their upcoming project, Lust Stories 2. 

Directed by the talented filmmaker Sujoy Ghosh, this anthology is set to release on June 29, and it features Tamannaah and Vijay in a prominent short film.

Talking to an interview portal, Tamannaah opened up about her initial impressions of each other during the shoot of Lust Stories 2. The Himmatwala actress expressed her admiration for Vijay's consistently brilliant performances, praising his ability to transform into diverse and powerful characters effortlessly. She stated that she definitely thought that she is going to get a chance to work with an actor who has been so consistent in delivering performances which are so diverse and so powerful. He is quite a chameleon. He really changes, even with the way he approaches a certain character. 

Talking about his part projects, she said, "I have seen all of his work from the past. And I was like 'agar is project mein kuchh nahi hoga to main in dono (Vijay Varma and Sujoy Ghosh) se kuchh seekh lungi."

Reflecting on the shooting experience for Lust Stories 2, Tamannaah shared a memorable incident from the set. She revealed, "So I basically I was very unwell. So I cancelled the first day of my shoot. So Sujoy Ghosh was basically going through turmoil. He was like, 'Is Tamannaah going to come? Not come? Is it going to happen or not?' Vijay just thought I had cold feet. Everyone had weird ideas about what was going on. But I think the schedule was really short. And there was a lot of work that all of us had to put in." 

Despite the initial hiccup, Tamannaah emphasized that they thoroughly enjoyed the creative process and managed to overcome the challenges together.

As their highly anticipated project inches closer to its release date, fans are eagerly waiting to witness the chemistry between Tamannaah Bhatia and Vijay Varma on-screen.
