Talat Rekhi in Endemol's next, titled Geet...

Endemol will be producing a show most likely on Star One, in which Talat Rekhi of Kkavyanjali fame will play a pivotal role...

Endemol's show on Star Plus, Sabki Laadli Bebo has been doing very well on the TRP charts, and this has probably motivated the production house to add one more fiction show into their kitty!!

Yes, you heard it right!! Endemol is producing a new show which is probably for Star One, tentatively titled 'Geet'.

Geet is the story of a girl who is a pampered sister to her brother, who loves her more than anything else. The story is about the brother-sister relationship, and how it undergoes a drastic change when the girl falls in love!!

According to our source, "The show will most probably launch on Star One, but a final decision has not been taken on this. Not much of the cast has been finalized".

However, one prominent name who has been signed for the show happens to be Talat Rekhi, who essayed the role of Yash Nanda, the patriarch of the Nanda family in Balaji Telefilm's popular show Kkavyanjali. He will be playing the role of the girl's dadaji. New face Malhar Pandya will essay the role of the possessive brother. The female lead has not been finalized.

When contacted, Talat Rekhi confirmed the news, and said, "Yes, I am part of the Endemol show. But since the show has not gone on floor, I cannot talk about it. You need to wait for the right time".

We tried calling Rajesh Chaddha, Director Operations, Endemol, but he remained unavailable.

The show is expected to go on floors early next year…
