'Taarak Mehta..' director Malav Rajda calls out media for irresponsible reporting over Disha Vakani's health

Recently, a shocking piece of news was doing the rounds regarding Daya ben aka ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’ actress Disha Vakhani’s health. Fans was really disappointed when the reports in media started floating about the actress suffering from throat cancer. It was mentioned that Disha is suffering from throat cancer because of her character Dayaben’s peculiar voice in the show.

However, Disha’s brother Mayur Vakhani rubbished the rumors and stated that there are many rumours that keep going around Disha and there is no truth to it. Every day, there is a baseless rumour about her which fan should not believe. He even mentioned that Disha is healthy and fine.

Now, the show’s director Malav Rajda reacted to these reports and strongly reacted on the same. He wrote: Like jethalal says....NONSENSE...News reporting is such a responsible job...it really amazes Me how at times it's so irresponsibly done...yaar such big news atleast cross check once...it can affect so many ppl and WHY WHY WHY to print any news till you are sure about it...so to all her fans this is completely FALSE
