Colors’ show ‘Swaran Ghar’ is getting rave reviews from the viewers. Swaran is going through a tough phase as her husband Kanwal Bedi passed away in her own arms. She is going through a major turmoil while her sons continue to behave selfish and manipulative.

Swaran Ghar has a connect with another show of Colors’, ‘Udaariyaan’. For the uninitiated, both the shows are produced under Ravi Dubey- Sargun Mehta’s production house Dreamiyata Productions. The cast of the shows are often spotted shooting together. Udaariyaan’s Virk family is shown as a relative of Swaran’s family as Nimmo’s (Maachi of Udaariyaan) daughter is married to Swaran’s son.

In a candid chat with India Forums, actress Gurvinder Kaur opened up on the collaboration and said, “I feel it’s very intelligent and smart of the producer and creative department to think about such a collaboration between two popular shows. It’s not like a random or one-off collab, both Bedi and Virk families are connected in a way that they’re often seen in both the shows. Swaran came to Simmi’s wedding while Fateh-Tejo met Swaran in ‘Swaran Ghar’. It’s a very unique collaboration while it doesn’t seem forced or out of the place, it’s very well- tailored. I’m sure it’s interesting for the fans to watch the same”.

She added, “Gurpreet is also seen schooling her sister Nimo for not troubling Swaran as she is a genuine lady. It’s great to shoot for both the shows. I hope both the shows does well”.
