Sushant gets senti over Kis Desh

Sushant Singh Rajput has been portraying the role of Preet in Star Plus' Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil for more than two years. Its Sushant's first lead role which lit the spotlight on him and in a way helped him bag the lead role of Manav in  the other Balaji show on Zee TV, Pavitra Rishta. Now, Sushant is sad as his character Preet is about to die in Kis Desh…

Says Sushant, "It is very unfortunate that my character is about to die. I've seen the character grow, and I've developed an attachment to it. I would definitely miss portraying Preet."

Sushant adds, "Preet is my first lead role so it's very special to me. But as much I enjoyed playing Preet, I knew that it will come to an end. All things have a beginning as well as an end."

His onscreen wife, Meher Vij, says, "Yes, Preet sadly dies. Meher gets a brutal shock because of this."

We will definitely miss Preet!
