Survivor, the next big ticket reality on Star Plus..

Survivor happens to be the next internationally formatted show which will see its Desi version. With news floating about the handsome hunk Rajeev Khandelwal approached to host the show, this has been touted to be the next big ticket show on Indian Television.

The show produced by Miditech will air on Star Plus. The channel and production house are looking to rope in some big names as contestants for the show.

We hear that Rahul Vaidya of Indian Idol fame, Abhishek Avasti and Aditya Redij of Na Aana Is Desh Laado fame have been approached.

Our source states, "Though the contestants list has not been finalized, Aditya, Abhishek and Rahul Vaidya are the few names that are tipped to be part of the show".

When contacted, Rahul Vaidya on his part said, "Yes, I have been approached for the show, but talks are on. I would actually love to take part though".

Abhishek Avasthi refused to comment while Aditya Redij seemed clueless about such a show coming up.

Survivor is a show where the contestants are isolated in the wilderness and compete for cash and other prizes.

Guess this is just the beginning, and we would hear more about the show in the coming days..
