Surveen Chawla to do a Cameo in an upcoming Star Plus show

Known for doing some hatke roles everytime, actor Surveen Chawla was last seen on the small screen in Sujoy Ghosh's short films, Teen Pehliyan on STAR Plus. Back at it, she will be seen in a cameo role in the channel's upcoming show, Mariam Khan - Reporting Live.

Mariam Khan - Reporting Live is a story of an 8 year old girl, Mariam (played by Deshna Dugad) and the way she sees the world. It is backed by a stellar cast like senior actors SM Zaheer, Khalid Siddiqui, Rukhsar Rehman, Sheena Bajaj, Priyanka Kandwal and many more. We now hear that Surveen Chawla will be seen a cameo role as Sheena's friend.

A source informs, "The makers were really keen to get Surveen on board but due to prior commitments she will be shooting very few scenes with us, like a cameo."
