Sunny Singh to Reunite with Kartik Aaryan for a special appearance in Pati Patni Aur Woh!

It’s been just over a month when Kartik Aaryan, through his official social media handle, announced that his Luka Chuppi co-star Kriti Sanon will be doing a cameo in his upcoming movie Pati Patni Aur Woh, an official remake to B. R. Chopra’s movie with the same name. 

Starring Bhumi Pednekar, Ananya Panday and Kartik in the lead, the story of the movie revolves around a family man with a wife and a child. Life changes for Chintu Tyagi when he gets attracted to his glamorous secretary, which is followed by a game of hide-and-seek.

Now, taking to his official social media handle Kartik has announced that he will be collaborating with another one of his co-stars for the same movie. The 28-year-old actor revealed that Sunny Singh, who has worked with him in Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2 and Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, will be collaborating again for the third time. 

Sharing a selfie with the Ujda Chaman star, he wrote, “Sonu ke Titu aa rahe hain #ChintuTyagi se milne… #PatiPatniAurWoh mein @mesunnysingh Tera yaar hoon main.”

Sunny Singh gained much recognition in the industry after his stint in Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety. Currently, the actor had been making headlines due to his upcoming movie Ujda Chaman and the similarities of its storyline to Ayushmann Khurrana’s Bala, both revolving around pre-mature balding in men. 

Talking about Sunny’s cameo in the remake, director Mudassar Aziz told Mumbai mirror, “Sunny’s character is something he has never done before because of it’s setting, in the heartland Uttar Pradesh. We had a great time shooting with him.”

Talking more about the camaraderie between the two the director added, "He’s like a brother. Kartik and Sunny are friends and hence share a sense of humour and comic timing from before. What’s interesting though is that they can barely give a composite shot together because either one of them bursts out laughing."
