Sumeet Vyas tests positive for COVID-19; goes under home quarantine

Another day and another name added to the list of unfortunate public figures who have tested positive for COVID-19. This time, it's actor Sumeet Vyas. Vyas took to his Instagram account to inform that he has been diagnosed with COVID-19. After testing positive, he has put himself under home quarantine while taking all the necessary medications prescribed by my doctors. He also requested people who have come in close contact with him in the last few days to get themselves tested while asking everyone to stay safe. 

He wrote, “Hello, so I have tested positive for COVID-19. I’m taking all the necessary precautions, taking medication prescribed by my doctors and putting myself under home quarantine. Although I have very mild to negligible symptoms, but I’d request anyone who’s come in contact with me in the last few days to get themselves tested. Stay safe and see you on the other side… soon.”-

While Vyas is positive and recovering, his wife and actor Ekta Kaul's status is unknown.
