Star Plus' supernatural thriller Chehra, produced by Beyond Dreams seems to be in trouble in just few months of its launch. According to our source, "Kiran Bedi's Aap Ki Kacheri is all set for a Season Two sometime in June. And after the resounding success rate it achieved in the first season being at the 10.30 PM slot, the channel aims to stick to the same time slot, which will mean that Chehra which presently occupies the 10.30 PM slot is in danger".
"There is a big chance of Chehra going off air, but the production house is trying its level best to get a new time slot, most probably the 11 PM slot where the re-run of Bidaai is placed at the moment. The channel has not finalized anything as of now, but it looks certain that Aap Ki Kacheri will get its earlier slot", explains our source.
We had called Producer Yash Patnaik last Saturday, but he had then told us that he is in the process of talks with the channel, and cannot comment on anything right now. Our attempts to get the recent update from the Producer were in vain, as he did not take our call today.
We did not get any revert from the channel too on the same.
Well, that leaves us with the possibility of Chehra being in the hit-list!! Let's wait and see whether the show manages to get a breather or not..
