Star Parivar Showcase 2008...

Star Parivaar is all about celebrating the favorite characters of Indian Women starting from Tulsi, Parvati till the new entrants to the Parivaar, Sadhna and Ragini. Along with providing the women favorite daily soaps, Star India Pvt Ltd will also associate its brand to the leading partners to present India's biggest merchandising and licensing initiative to promote the latest fashion in the market. Star India unveiled a host of products and services at the Star Parivaar Brand Showcase 2008. This brings alive the Star's television experience through an extension of content beyond television – Star Parivaar Ke Sunahre Pal…Ab Television Se Zindagi Tak.

Beautiful long bindi, fancy earrings, Tulsi, Parvathi saris and jewellery – this is what attracts Indian ladies. The big brands like Big Bazaar, Home Expressions, Sia Art Jewellery, Forever Jewels, Craftbridge, Parksons, Games and Sports, Prakash Books and Indiaplaza unveiled and showcased the products under Star Parivaar Brand in the Star Parivaar Brand Showcase 2008.

To make the event more glamorous, Sarita Joshi (Baa) and Sucheta Trivedi (Meenaxi) of Baa Bahu and Baby and the very popular Bidaai girls Parul Chauhan and Sarah Khan were present. They inaugurated every stall and enjoyed themselves while seeing the beautiful clothes and jewellery.

When asked the inseparable bidaai girls Parul and Sara about the collection, they said, “We enjoyed a lot here. The collection of Star Parivaar Brand is beautiful. We were called by Star people and we did not know what was going to happen here". Adds Parul, "We both never get time to meet because of the hectic shooting and after Sara's wedding the shoot place has also changed; so we hardly get time to meet, so when they called me for the event I thought that it will also be good that I will meet Sara. Above all, we both love shopping and are thrilled seeing this collection”.

The other two ladies of Baa Bahu and Baby were also enjoying their day out. So, it’s now a double treat for all the Indian Women as they get to enjoy the TV shows and also own the latest fashion in their wardrobe.
