And according to our sources, “Rajan’s new show to be launched on January 12th at the 9.30 pm slot will also have some interesting cameos in the initial episodes, like Bidaai”.

“Ali Merchant and Amit Dolawat will be playing very prominent cameos in the show. While Amit will be the perfect lover-boy, Ali will come in as a suitor for one of the girls in the show”, explains our source.

However, an interesting co-incidence happened on the sets of the show yesterday. “The Bidaai girls, Sara Khan and Parul Chauhan were shooting for a special promo sequence for the new show, and at the same time Ali Merchant, Sara’s real-life partner was also present there and was busy shooting for his cameo. It was a very nice opportunity for the much-in-love couple as they got together professionally on the same platform”.

We tried calling Rajan Shahi for a confirmation on the cameos, but he was very much tied up with the promotion of the new show. Finally he sent us a text message saying, “The countdown for the show has begun. But I cannot reveal any details as of now. You will get to know everything about the new show in few days’ time”.
