Soundous Moufakir slams Karanvir Bohra for calling her an award, says 'He objectified me'

Khatron Ke Khiladi 13 fame Soundous Moufakir has received much appreciation for her stint in the show. Reportedly, the actress has also been one of the top 6 finalists on the show. Well, Soundous took to her Instagram handle today to slam actor Karanvir Bohra for his remarks on her and stated that the actor objectified her. 

What happened is, last night at an award function Soundous was being awarded for an achievement and was seen talking to the host of the award ceremony, where he went ahead to praise her hindi skills. Amidst this conversation between Soundous and the host, the host was seen asking Karanvir something to which the actor, who was sitting in the audience was seen shouting, ''Tu ye award le jaa ghar" ( Take this award home). This did not go down well with Soundous, and the actress immediately told Karanvir how he can talk like this. She is seen saying, ''Aap aise kaise baat karsakte ho?'' 

Further, the actress took to her Instagram stories to slam Karanvir and stated that the actor tried to objectify her. She also went ahead to say that she is neither an award nor a trophy and not even something that he could joke about and that it disgusts her how men ruin the proud moments of women by demeaning them and passing sexist remarks. 

Soundous wrote, ''Take this award home" says @karanvirbohra to the host, objectifying me. This is a common objectification faced by multiple women inside this industry and outside, all over the world. So let me just say this - I'm not an award, I'm not a trophy, I'm not SOMETHING you can just joke about taking home. The way men are always ready to demean a woman's achievements and their proud moments by passing sexist, misogynistic comments disgusts me and I wonder when this will stop.''

We tried reaching out to Karanvir to talk on the same, however, the actor remained unavailable for any comments until the time of filing our story.
