Sophie shines in her first performance!

Singer, actress and former VJ Sophie Choudry may have surprised fans by stepping into the dancing competition arena by taking on Jhalak Dikhhlaa Jaa Season 7 but we hear she's stunned our judges equally with her stellar performance in the first week itself. 

Our source informs us, "Sophie and her choreographer Deepak performed with a beautiful fairy tale concept in which Sophie was not only dancing but also changing costumes within her two minutes act. Three different sets, 3 different costume changes and maintaining the perfect poise and grace, Sophie and Deepak received good points by the judges this week."

When we spoke to the multitalented entertainer about her performance Sophie said, "I'm someone who feels I can take over the world when a microphone is in my hand but when the judges were giving me comments I was actually shaking! I don't think I have ever been so nervous! Thankfully all the comments were positive."
