Sonam Kapoor Slams False Reports About Anil Kapoor Testing COVID Positive

After there was quite a stir pertaining actor Anil Kapoor apparently testing positive for COVID-19, it was clarified alter that in fact he tested negative.

Not only him, in fact, co-star Kiara Advani also tested COVID-19 negative. However, this mishap of multiple media houses reporting about Kapoor testing positive was clarified by Kapoor himself, where he tweeted, "In the interest of putting any rumors to rest, I have tested negative for COVID-19. Thank you for your concern and good wishes."

While he decided to clarify this mildly, daughter and actor Sonam Kapoor took this opportunity to slam media reports where she tweeted, "False reporting is dangerous. I’m sitting in London and I see incorrect information peddled by some parts of the media before I can even speak to my father. Please be responsible in your reportage."-

She also shared further on Instagram about the team members also as she said, "My father is fine and so is his team. I wish a speedy recovery to everyone else. All my love and prayers."
