Sonali Bendre made a million hearts stop when she took to her Instagram and posted that she has been diagnosed with high grade metastasis. She then took off to New York for treatment and has been taking intensive chemo-therapies.

Now after six months she is back in the bay and we can see her smiling after so long. Yesterday she shared a heart felt post about her emotions and we were overwhelmed to even read it.

Today in a media interaction, Goldie Bahl said that Sonali is now back to the country and doesn't need to go for further treatment. She will have regular check ups although but her treatment is done for now. Truly the poster girl of courage, have a look:

Sonali was running a book club from the States as well. And once she mentioned that she was not able to read as her chemo was doing strange things to her eyes. hHile all this while, her fans kept their fingers crossed, her smile today at the airport reassured her fans faith.
