Kapil Nirmal known for his role  of Yudhishthir Sisodia (also known as Kunwar Yudhishthir) in the Star Plus serial Raja Ki Aayegi Baraat and is currently seen in Baal Shiv- Mahadev ki Andekhi Gatha got in touch with India Forums to talk more about the character and the show. 

What have you been upto off late ?

I am working on my skills special shot for a film which is still to release and prior to that been spending time with my family in Jaipur. Trying to get in better shape which is of priority to me.

Was the Pandemic difficult for you?

No, thankfully not. I was in Jaipur for almost 10 months... family time ... homemade food what more can one ask for some quality time with the ones you love.

Tell us about the show you're currently shooting.

Shooting for mytho is something I had never done before so took this show up. It has been interesting and difficult both at the same time... specially what you wear takes life out of you and its to be worn for hours.

But different genres always  challenges you as an actor...

That is what I like about it.

What Next for Kapil?

Well I would love to be part of slice of life kinda thing .. contemporary shows.. medium may vary...OTT TV or films am absolutely open to it.

Are you open to various platforms ?

Acting is what is important to me, if good projects on TV or rather come my way..why not OTT will be one step ahead most definitely.

You have been in the industry for a while now, how much do you think it has changed ?

 I don't see any changes as such. Atleast can say for television its been seamless if any at all nothing drastic except ofcourse now roles are based on social media following i feel. 

What is the real Kapil Like ?

There's nothing superficial about me ...

Am always real...

I like people , travel, friends family, I am not very proactive...and sometimes takes a lot of time to open up......love to travel on my own terms..like my space..sports...food...
