Yesteryear actress, Rekha has been controversy's favorite child. During the peak of her career, she made headlines not only for her professional acquirement but also for her personal life.

Rekha's mother-in-law and her husband Vinod Mehra kept dominating her but not for a long time as the actress gave it back to them after she was no more capable to bear their tantrums. Her fights with her mother-in-law made headlines as she had assaulted Rekha with her chappals outside their home. Their rant had shook the media at that time.

Being a newcomer in the Hindi film industry is a challenging task! When Rekha was shooting for her debut film Anjana Safar, actor Biswajeet Chatterjee had forcibly smooched her. It was all pre-planned by director Raja Nawathe and Biswajeet.
