Shivshakti Sachdev to concentrate on films now!!

Shivshakti Sahdev was last seen on television portraying a grey character in Zee TV's show, Afsar Bitya. After the show Afsar Bitiya ended, Shivshakti was spotted ads and in a few episodic.

We decided to get call up the petite actress to know about her current plans these days but her father picked up the call and said, "Sorry Shivshakti cannot talk as she is down with throat infection."

On being asked to her father about Shivshakti who is not doing TV shows these days, he states, "She is not doing TV for now as she is concentrating in films now. She is on the edge of signing a South film. But till then the details of the film can't be revealed."

He adds further, "That's the only reason of why she is not taking any daily serial. As you know, in daily soaps there are a lot of commitments. You have to sign a contract and thus it happens that sometimes you miss out on good films projects. I don't want that to happen with Shivshakti. She got an offer from Sony TV and Life OK shows but we told them to keep it on hold till the March."

Shivhsakti seems to be more comfortable in doing episodic and ads to which her father also agrees with the same and said, "Yes, she is happy to concentrate on few episodic and ads. We hope and pray that things go well and she signs the film."

"May be after March she may do TV again if something good comes up," Mr. Sachdev concludes.
