Shivani Surve, who is currently wowing the audience with her performance as Vividha on Star Plus' Jana Na Dil Se Door has taken a break from the shooting and is currently resting at home.

Our source informs, "The actress recently underwent a surgery and was hence on a leave from the shoot."

We spoke to the actress who told us, "Yes, I had undergone a surgery and was on rest for 5 days. I am much better now and will soon resume the shoot."
